Our Oolong teas come directly from Taiwan. We focus on bringing a selection of high quality teas that have excellent flavor palette. Our current curated selection lays a solid foundation of contemporary oolongs and presents three different teas that are signature to their place of origin. We focus on quality, not on quantity, yet our teas are priced to be affordable. In the future, we plan to put some unique and adventurous highlights on this solid foundation.

The unique geographical features of the tea gardens, together with the craftspersonship and science of tea processing make Taiwanese oolongs in our opinion the best oolongs in the world. The oldest records of tea trees on Taiwan are from 1717. The Tea Manufacture Experiment Station started its scientific investigation in 1903 and has since then not only advanced the cultivation of Tea trees with a number on new cultivars, among then the famous cultivar TTES #12, which is known around the world as “Milky oolong”, but also with innovative processing methods that gave rise to the GABA-oolongs or the bug-bitten oolongs.
